Hormonal Issues

For women, hormonal cycles are a fundamental part of your life.  Typically, from your early teens until your 50s it affects every aspect of your life. For a lot women this is major - pains, bleeding, depression, mood swings, there is a whole world of things that range from mildly annoying to completely debilitating.  Almost without exception women have been told to “put up and shut up” or take major medication.  Basically, it can feel like the world is saying “stop having hormones”!

Especially as periods end, hormonal influences still continue through the transition of menopause and beyond. So, having balance, feeling good, and hormones working for you and not against you is important.

Can I really do anything about it?

Very often women are told there are limited options, actually there is a huge amount that can be done, not simply to hide the symptoms, but instead to resolve them in the best way for you.  Balanced hormones means your cycle is not a time to dread, or a time to suffer.  Balanced hormones benefits you in two ways:

  1. No troublesome symptoms

  2. Means the body is strong and healthy, acting as it should

Women come with :
  • Heavy or prolonged bleeding

  • Light or missing cycles (PCOS)

  • Irregular bleeding

  • PMS / Mood swings

  • Painful cycles

  • Endometriosis

  • Skin / Acne related to cycle

I track your cycle and changes, and give remedies each cycle to help restore a good balance. Because hormones are so fundamental to your health, you should feel better, have more energy, and feel more balanced. Once a good balance is achieved, this should continue.
