Appointments
What happens during my consultation?
During the consultation, I will take a detailed medical and personal history which aims to get to the root of the problem, and we go through solutions together to create an individualised treatment plan. There are over 3000 remedies available to a homeopath, and as one of our greatest homeopaths once said "there is something for everything" (Rajan Sankaran)
Follow up appointments are approximately every 4 weeks, and you should have noticeable changes within 2-3 appointments. It will be clearer whether you need further appointments or not.
Online Appointments
I have been running online appointments for some years now. Many clients find this more convenient saving travelling time or just fitting better with other commitments, it also allows me to see clients who live further away or abroad. Especially following the lockdown, many people are now more used to connecting online, and now prefer this approach. I have found it works extremely well, and people's feedback is they feel open and relaxed in their own space.
I can offer appointments by Zoom, Skype, WhatApp or phone, whatever works best for you. We go through your case together, and at the end of the appointment I will prepare your homeopathic remedies and post these to you. I will email an invoice for the cost of the appointment, which is payable by return. I can take a card over the phone if you prefer.
How long will treatment take?
Although appointments are approximately every 4-6 weeks, the treatment is always in your hands. There is no minimum number of sessions, although a short course of treatment may be needed to properly assess how well things are working for you.
Some people find 3-6 sessions are sufficient and things feel a lot better. They then may only come back if things change. Some people keep a regular more distanced appointment - perhaps every 3 or 4 months to keep on top of things. Other people with deeper issues may come every month for a year or more.
