I strive to do living yoga, that is yoga which is more than stretching exercises or stress management. It enhances every aspect of your day to day life. I teach yoga that will help you have amazing freedom in your body and how it moves, as well as improving the calmness in your mind.
A dear friend of mine always said as long as she lived life to the full she didnt mind the very end - doing yoga in the proper way, we should be able to maintain the body's integrity, and enjoy the lightness and joy that is our right. We should adopt a friendly and loving attitude towards our body, watch it, listen to it, and have fun learning how it changes throughout life.

Trained by Yogachariya Jnandev at the Yoga Satsanga Ashram, I believe in bringing the classical traditions of yoga and meditation to all, beginners and experienced.
My yoga room, outside overlooking the garden. It's a cosy room for up to 4 students.
I have a small yoga studio overlooking my garden and do small yoga classes. Either one-to-one sessions tailored just for you, or if you want to come with a friend you can arrange small personal groups of up to three people.
